 Aly had a spit up late at night just before bed. 11 pm ish. Spent that day at a friend's house somewhat junky food.

 for the first time in a few weeks aly had 1 spit up, right before bed.  no issues pooping or with stool shape / consistency stuck feeling has been great.

 2 spit ups normal poop stuck feeling feels a little bit better. 

 No spit ups, normal stuck feeling no poops. 

 No spit ups.  normal poop, normal stuck feeling.

 still eating slow, only 3 spit ups. Stuck feeling wasn't very good. Normal poops.

 no spit ups for the whole day! normal poops stuck feeling still unchanged. Present, not terrible, but not gone away.

 Eating slow has helped immensely. she is now down to 3 spit ups total for the day. Still has normal poops, and still has the stuck feeling present.

 another day of eating slower. The total number of spit ups is much lower

 Tried something new today. Went SUPER slow eating routine. Had Aly slow dawn by a large factor. Tried to get her to take 2 - 3 times longer to eat. Massive drop off in spit ups. Normal poop. Stuck feeling is a tiny bit better 7 air spit ups 8 normal spit ups 15 total spit ups.

 same pattern of a ton of air spit ups, most coming in the afternoon / at night. Also most coming soon after a meal in a kind of rapid fire ( like 3 at a time ). 27 air spit ups 5 normal spit ups 32 spit up total normal poop. Stuck feeling no better no worse.

 another day of a ton of spit ups although not as bad as the previous  32 air spit ups 3 normal spit ups 35 total spit ups again most spit ups came at night / afternoon ( 24 air / 3 normal ). normal poops, stuck feeling no better no worse.

 Ton of spit ups today 38 air spit ups 11 normal spit ups 49 total spit ups most came at night ( 30 air and 8 normal at night ) normal poop feeling. Stuck feeling no better no worse.

 still having a lot of spit ups. Most seem to happen right after eating. Normal poops, stuck feeling no better no worse. 27 spit ups 19 air spit ups 8 normal spit ups
